Really good Stay Experience

spacious room large wardrobe separate bathtub in-room kettle

The room was spacious. It had a large wardrobe for clothes and also included an iron and ironing board. The bathroom featured both a bathtub and shower. I found it convenient that I could make my own coffee using the kettle and refrigerator provided.

The pool seemed more suited for kids because of its size.

The hotel is very close to the Etihad Towers and the observatory at 300. The Emirates Palace and The Founder's Memorial are just opposite to the hotel. Qasr Al Watan is also very close by to the hotel.

Breakfast offers a huge variety of food. Guests can eat as much as they can stand. The hotel restaurants and bars offer diverse culinary experiences, ensuring multiple options for any palate or dining preference.

The staff provides really good service. They were always smiling and ready to answer questions. The team ensured every request was fulfilled with kindness and professionalism making my stay nice.

concierge service early check birthday cake good breakfast

The concierge service was great. The front desk staff provided early check in after a super early arrival. The hotel surprised me with a delicious birthday cake. It was thoughtful. The spa, salon, and beach were nice and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed my time.

The room was a bit cold when I checked in and there was a slight smell.

The breakfast buffet included varied options, such as pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. The dining area was spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Attentive staff kept the buffet well-stocked and the tables clean. It was amazing.

the hotel boasts great spaces! there was a good variety of food! i found the pool and sea facilities satisfactory. the location proved perfect with neighborhood near the presidential palace! it also has its own beach and corniche beach easily within walking distance.

the air-conditioning seemed old and did not work well.
